1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Once cancellation is confirmed, you have another 14 days to return the product.

✅ Upon approval, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Dutch legislation (Article 10, Section 9), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

❌ Condoms and hygiene-related items

❌ Erotic clothing (e.g., catsuits, stockings, pantyhose)

❌ Wigs and lubricants
These products are classified as intimate or hygiene-sensitive, and returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened.
3. Custom-Made Products
Custom-built dolls and robots, including those with user-selected features (e.g. body type, skin tone, eye color), are excluded from cancellation and return once production has started.

We are not responsible for errors in specifications submitted during checkout.
4. Warranty & Defective Items
All dolls are carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective product:

📸 Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect
Please Note:

Minor cosmetic flaws (small scratches, finger wire pokes, light marks) are not covered
-
Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for warranty support
5. Cancellations
Before Shipment:
✅ Orders may be canceled if production has not yet started. Please contact us immediately.
After Shipment:
❌ Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched
❌ Refusing delivery is not accepted—returns will not be processed unless previously approved
6. Return Process
If your item qualifies for return under the cooling-off period or warranty:

Ensure the product is completely unused and in original condition

Repack the item securely in its original packaging

Ship it to the return address we provide
