1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in its original condition and unused.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Dutch legislation (Article 10, Section 9), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
All sex toys, including sex dolls, vibrators, and dildos.
Condoms and other hygiene products.
Erotic clothing such as catsuits, stockings, and pantyhose.
Wigs and lubricants.
3. Custom-Made Products
For sex dolls and robots that are custom-made and where the customer can make modifications (such as skin color or eye color), the right of withdrawal does not apply. Once production has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled. Therefore, please check your order carefully before placing it. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided specifications.
4. Warranty and Defective Products
All sex dolls are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt via support@blyelove.com and provide evidence (photos/videos) of the damage.
Minor imperfections such as scratches, finger wire punctures, or slight stains are not covered by the warranty.
Defects caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipment: If production has not yet started, an order may be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible.
After Shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible. You cannot refuse the product upon delivery, as the return address is not our warehouse.
6. Return Process
If your product qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
Contact us within the legal return period via support@blyelove.com.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
Ship the product to the return address provided by us.
Once we receive and inspect the product, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
