Products are shipped via recognized carriers and carefully packaged for discreet delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as postal or courier services.
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer once the order has been delivered to the specified address.
If the buyer provides an incorrect address and the order is not delivered as a result, we are not liable.

We strive to describe and display all products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colors or details will exactly match the images.

The customer is responsible for the correct use and maintenance of the product.

8. Warranty and Defective Products

All sex dolls are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours via support@blyelove.com and provide evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

Minor imperfections such as small scratches or slight stains are not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be approved by our customer service before a product can be returned.

9. Price Changes and Obvious Errors

BlyeLove strives to display all prices and product information on the website accurately. However, errors may occur, such as incorrect price listings due to technical or human mistakes.

If a product is mistakenly offered at an incorrect price, BlyeLove reserves the right to cancel the respective order, even if the order has already been confirmed and/or payment has been completed. In such a case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and any payment made will be refunded. BlyeLove is under no obligation to fulfill an order at an erroneously displayed price.

No rights can be derived from the prices displayed on the website.
