Right of withdrawal and cooling off period
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving a reason.
After you notify us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product, provided it meets the return conditions below.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, completely unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Refund timing
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.
In most cases, this is within 1 to 2 business days after receipt and inspection.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are not suitable for return once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
This is in line with Dutch law, including Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened, the seal has been broken, protective packaging has been removed, or the product has been used
- All sex toys, including sex dolls, vibrators, and dildos
- Condoms
- Erotic clothing such as catsuits, stockings, and pantyhose
- Wigs
- Lubricants, creams, and similar intimate care products
Custom made and made to order products
Products made to the consumer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in line with Dutch law, including Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
Custom made sex dolls, including those with customer selected features such as body type, skin tone, and eye color, are excluded from cancellation and return once production has started.
In addition, all sex dolls that are not in stock and can be configured are treated as custom made, even if no options are selected.
These dolls are produced to order and therefore fall under the same exclusion.
Please double check your customization before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in specifications submitted during checkout.
Warranty and defective items
All dolls are carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist quickly and, where applicable, report transport damage.

Reporting issues quickly helps us resolve your case faster and may help with carrier investigations. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Please note minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches, light marks, or small wire impressions may occur and are not covered.
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect maintenance, or normal wear is not eligible for warranty support.
Return costs and shipping
The cost of returning a product to our webshop is the responsibility of the customer.
Indicative return shipping costs based on parcel size and weight
- Small parcels 10 to 23 kg, approximately 10 to 25 euro
- Medium parcels 23 to 30 kg, approximately 25 to 50 euro
- Large parcels 30 to 50 kg, approximately 50 to 90 euro
- Very large parcels over 50 kg, approximately 100 to 300 euro, depending on the total weight and the country from which the item is returned
- Accessories return cost 6.95 euro
These amounts are indicative. Actual return costs depend on the carrier, the destination, the parcel size, and the total weight.
Undeliverable packages, refusal, and pickup points
If your package cannot be delivered, it may be sent to a pickup point or returned directly to us.
If you do not collect the package from the pickup point, if you refuse the package at the door, or if it is returned to us automatically, we may charge the return shipping costs and any additional costs.
This also applies if you enter an incorrect shipping address or do not cooperate with delivery.
Return process
- Email support@blyelove.com within the return window
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ensure the product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- Repack the item securely in the original packaging
- Ship it using the method and address we provide
- Refunds are processed only if the returned item meets all return conditions
