As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before the product is shipped without giving a reason. You may return your order within 30 days after receiving the product, subject to our return conditions.

According to Dutch legislation Article 10 Section 9, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

❌ Condoms and hygiene related items
❌ Erotic clothing (catsuits, stockings, pantyhose)
❌ Wigs and lubricants
These products are classified as intimate or hygiene sensitive, and returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened.
Custom made sex dolls, including those with user selected features such as body type, skin tone, and eye color, are excluded from cancellation and return once production has started. In addition, all items that are not in stock and can be configured are treated as custom made even if no options are selected. These dolls are produced to order and therefore fall under the same exclusion.

Please Note: Minor cosmetic flaws (small scratches, finger wire pokes, light marks) are not covered. Damage caused by improper use is not eligible for warranty support.
The cost of returning a product to our webshop is the responsibility of the customer.
For smaller parcels (10–23 kg), return shipping costs range between €10 and €25.
For medium parcels (23–30 kg), the cost is approximately €25 to €50.
For large parcels (30–50 kg), the return cost ranges from €50 to €90.
For very large parcels (over 50 kg), return costs can be significantly higher, ranging between €100 and €300, depending on the total weight and the country from which the item is returned.
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to a pickup point or returned directly to us. If you do not collect the package from the pickup point or if it is returned to us automatically, we will have to charge the return shipping costs. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
For accessories, the return cost is €6.95.
If your item qualifies for return under the cooling off period or warranty:
Email support@blyelove.com within the return window. Ensure the product is completely unused and in original condition. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship it to the return address we provide. Refunds are only processed if the returned item meets all return conditions. You will receive your refund within 1 to 2 days of approval and inspection.
